building that has many entertainment and establishments. Competition for customers is steep and this project excels by maximizing its position in the market place.
Part of the complexity of the project revolved around the construction and the time allowed for the project. Since the two projects share a kitchen making sure the functionality of the space had to remain in tact. Also the need for altering the original space to accommodate a restaurant required attention to code and construction issues. A very tight construction schedule allowed only about a month from start to finish for both projects.
